For Inventors Blitz welcomes ideas from inventors; however, Blitz is a large company with many employees working on product development. Therefore, Blitz cannot assure someone submitting an idea that the company hasn’t already developed that idea or received a submission similar to if from another source. In order to avoid confusion, anyone submitting an idea should consult his or her own patent counsel and can only be assured of confidentiality or non-use by Blitz if he or she has a valid, unexpired patent or the company has entered into a specific written agreement with you concerning the idea you submitted. Concept must be patented prior to receiving Blitz U.S.A. non-disclosure form. |
